No, you can upload a clear image (PNG/JPG) or PDF of your prescription during checkout or via our prescription upload portal. Our licensed pharmacist will verify it online. However, please retain the original physical copy as the delivery rider may ask to review it upon delivery.
Most prescriptions are reviewed and verified within 1 to 2 hours of receipt by our on-duty pharmacists. Once approved, you will receive an SMS and email notification to complete your order payment.
We deliver from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Within Nairobi, Standard Delivery (1-3 days) is KES 250 (Free for orders above KES 2,500). Express Same-Day Delivery is KES 500 (Nairobi only, for orders placed before 3:00 PM).
According to Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya regulations, we cannot accept returns for prescription medications or temperature-sensitive items to ensure safety and quality control. Non-prescription (OTC) items may be returned within 48 hours only if unopened and sealed.

Standard delivery across Nairobi takes 1-3 business days. Same-day express delivery is available for urgent orders. Free delivery on orders above KES 2,500.
Yes, PrimeCare Pharmacy is SHA accredited. Bring your SHA card to any of our locations to access covered medicines and services.
You can upload your prescription during checkout or visit our prescription upload page. Our pharmacists verify all prescriptions within 2-4 hours.
Yes. All our medicines are sourced directly from licensed manufacturers and distributors. We are PPB licensed and only stock genuine, quality-assured products.
For safety reasons we do not accept returns on medicines once dispensed. However if you received a wrong or damaged product contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve it immediately.
