Usage Guidelines:

• Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew unless specifically instructed.
• Take with or after meals to avoid gastrointestinal irritation, unless otherwise directed by your doctor or the product label.
• Storage instructions: Store below 25°C.
